This course is a blessing in disguise. It helped us see different ways of connecting and communicating and so much that we can take and use in our future. Although the process is long, I personally think it is important for every couple to do to help have a successful marriage and life with the love and guidance of God. It has helped me better learn that marriage is difficult but worth it with the right guidance and trusting in God and one another. To other couples I say take the time to do each section and if you don’t feel comfortable go over it again with your partner. Loving God is most important and then loving each other is next. Learn new tools to help with conflict and learn more about each other every day. Love is a choice so choose to talk with each other and always come to a conclusion. – Hannah
This experience was very helpful. There was a lot that we learned about each other. We found a lot of new ways to communicate and understand each other. It also showed us that marriage isn’t gonna be easy but if we work at it together and have faith in god we will have a long and successful marriage. I didn’t think the course would be so helpful but boy was I wrong. It helped me open up and learn so much more about my fiancé and her feelings. It also helped me learn about the role god will have and all the preparation and sacraments involved in marriage. I would tell other couples to be open about the course and take the time to do every step you can. It was very helpful and you will be surprised at what you learn about yourself and your spouse. – Michael
