This course was a complimentary piece to my wedding preparation journey. It was refreshing, deep, and allowed me to contemplate the complexities of growing together as a man and woman from two different walks of life. It encouraged talks about each others families and pasts that we never had the opportunity to talk about. I found the course to be quite insightful, and it helped me to reflect on the qualities, needs, and emotions of my partner that I had not thought about before. The course helped me to reflect on my own behaviors, which has allowed me to become more empathetic and thoughtful towards my partner. We explored many topics regarding children, money, emotions, the future, etc., which have set a positive foundation for our relationship moving forward.
Though, the course felt much longer than anticipated, and I do feel it could be condensed. Because of our busy schedules, we spent months on the course, which at times felt difficult to manage and make progress toward. I would say to other couples that if you’re looking for a course that is in-depth and intimate, this is the perfect course for you. You will have plenty of opportunities to share your deepest feelings, and the course will naturally accommodate and support you in expressing your emotions to your partner. – Brandon
