Tabatha and Emannuel

We have completed the course and I certainly found it enjoyable. It was great to hear some of my fiancé’s answers. I even found out a couple things I didn’t know about him.  It was a great way to affirm our love and commitment to each other and helped us to bond together at the same time. I don’t believe we’ve ever had such lengthy conversations about some of those topics, such as children and money. We also discovered that we’re on the same page and felt the same way about many things, including our main issues and how many children we want. I would definitely say the course was helpful.

It was the perfect way to have us both sit down together and hash out some of these topics. I do believe it has helped us understand each other better and even feel that much closer to God going into our marriage. I believe it has also helped with gaining a better understanding of how we both feel about children and how Christians have a duty to “go forth and multiply.” If I were asked, I would encourage any friend to take the course with their own fiancé or even their spouse. It’s very informative and eye-opening to hear some of your loved one’s answers, and I believe it will succeed in bringing two people closer together. -Tabatha.

The pre-Cana course I must say was quite the experience, a bit tedious but worth it. Packed with information but also extremely helpful. It was enjoyable for the experience it offered my partner and I. We got to share a few laughs, funny moments, wishes and concerns. We discussed some subject matter and issues that we were yet to face. It was an immensely helpful course because it offered understanding, provided different perspectives on some topics, and gave insights on preparation for challenges that may present themselves in the future. I would surely recommend this to other couples to allow them the opportunity to take a deeper look at their relationship and journey to offer them understanding and insight towards the future of their union. – Emmanuel
