We found this course helpful because it provided tools and knowledge for strengthening our relationship, facilitated open communication, and helped us navigate challenging topics before marriage. The course emphasized communication skills and conflict resolution, equipping us with tools to navigate disagreements effectively. We enjoyed learning more about each other on a deeper level, especially before such a huge commitment!
This course increased our understanding of faith and the sacrament of marriage by aiding in smoother dialogue in a deep and meaningful way. These conversations were important to us as a couple in our upcoming marriage, and helped us talk through some difficult topics, and helped us understand each other’s beliefs and values. I would encourage other couples to take this course, and take it seriously and have those open, honest, difficult conversations about money, parents, children, disagreements etc. because this course is really helpful in navigating those topics! – Krista
This course helped me understand how to navigate disagreements and resolve conflicts which can strengthen a couple’s bond and prevent misunderstandings. Discussions about faith and personal beliefs can help us align our values and understand each other’s perspectives, fostering deeper connections, which is key to a long and successful marriage.
