Reviewing my experience with the online Pre-Cana course, I found it to be incredibly helpful and enjoyable, especially given that my fiancé and I are long distance. I live in Pennsylvania and he lives in Arizona. With our busy schedules and the distance between us, completing these classes in person would have been nearly impossible, so having the flexibility to do them online and at our own pace was such a blessing. The course deepened my understanding of marriage by reminding me that the most important foundation is first our relationship with God and then with each other.
I also appreciated how it guided us through meaningful conversations on important topics such as finances, children, communication, and relationships with our families. This not only strengthened my confidence in our relationship but also prepared us for the sacrament of marriage in a practical and faith-filled way. I would encourage other couples, especially those who are long distance or have demanding schedules, to take this course as it makes the process accessible, flexible, and truly enriching. I really enjoyed this course! – Melina
Taking the online Pre-Cana course was a positive experience for me. I appreciated how it allowed us to reflect on our relationship at our own pace, which was important since we live far apart currently. The course pushed me to think more deeply about what marriage really means, not just as a ceremony, but as a lifelong partnership built on faith, communication, and trust. I especially liked the exercises that got us talking about practical issues like finances, family expectations, household roles, and future goals, which made me feel more prepared for the real challenges of married life. I’d recommend this course to couples as a great way to strengthen their relationship and feel ready for marriage. – Benjamin
