When we were told that we needed to attend marriage classes, my initial reaction was far from positive. I couldn’t understand the reasoning behind it or why it was necessary for us. But looking back, I’m really glad our first class was this one. It completely changed my perspective on the purpose of these classes. It gave Tyler and me the opportunity to have some difficult conversations that, honestly, we didn’t even realize we needed to have.
What stood out to me the most was how the environment was so open and non-judgmental, which made it much easier to be vulnerable and share openly. I truly appreciate the effort that went into creating this class. It was well-organized and easy to follow, making a potentially intimidating experience much more approachable.
